For Customers who are busy, respectively who do not want to bother themselves with preparing documents needed for changes in the company, we offer comprehensive services in this area. Based on your requirements, we prepare all the documents and we notify competent authorities for made changes.

Prepared documents for signature will be delivered to the customer and then we make the changes and provide their registration in the Commercial Register, Trade Register and the tax office.

Completion of identification data to the Business Register - od 39€

We will prepare for your company documents for the application by which will be completed identification data (dates of birth, ID numbers, other identifiers, Organization Identification Number [IČO]) of partners, managers, procurators, liquidators, members of the supervisory board, etc. to the Business Register.

Registration of the beneficial owner to the Business Register - 59 EUR

We will prepare the documents for the registration of the beneficial owner in the Business Register with all legal requirements for your company.

Execution of minor changes in s.r.o. - 139 EUR

In this price we will prepare documents for the implementation of one or more changes from the list at the same time. Following the signing of documents by the authorized person, change translates into the Register of Bussiness and the Trade Register and announce to the tax office.

The minor changes include:

* Change of seat or trade name
* Change data about shareholder or manager
* A change action of manager

Implementation of other changes in s.r.o. - 199 EUR

In this price will prepare documents for the implementation of one or more changes from the list at the same time. Following the signing of documents by the authorized change translates into the Bussiness register of and the Trade register and announce to the tax office. Such changes include:

* The appointment or dismissal of the manager
* Expansion or reduction of business licenses
* Transfer of shares and the related change in shareholders
* Increase or decrease in capital

Liquidation of the Company in Slovakia - ftom 150 EUR
